Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WayTeller mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

WayTeller provides AI-generated audio narrations about places near you as you travel, using your device's location. Pro subscribers may also request on-demand narrations by selecting a point on the map.

Narrations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are for entertainment and general information only — not professional, legal, medical, or safety advice. Always follow local laws and use common sense while driving or walking.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and notify us at legal@pov.media if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

4.1 Plans

WayTeller offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:

Prices may change; we will provide notice as required by law and platform rules before charging a new price to an existing subscription.

4.2 Free trial

New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial on eligible plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase and auto-renews until cancelled.

4.3 Payment processor

Subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. We do not store your full payment card number. Apple's terms apply to the payment transaction.

4.4 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device (or the equivalent Apple subscription management page). Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4.6 Refunds

Refund requests for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds for charges made through Apple.

4.7 Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app to re-sync your subscription entitlement.

4.8 Legacy plans

If you previously subscribed under legacy product names (e.g. Premium / Premium Plus), restoring purchases may re-activate the equivalent entitlement tier. Current marketing names are Standard and Pro.

5. Location data

The Service requires location access to provide narrations. On-demand map features send coordinates you explicitly select to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for how we process location data and your rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Use the Service while driving if prohibited by local law or if it distracts you from safe operation of a vehicle
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use the Service to harass others or generate harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or age

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, and narration systems, is owned by KEHL GROUP LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

AI-generated narrations are provided for your personal listening during your subscription. You may not redistribute, commercially exploit, or publicly perform narrations except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT NARRATIONS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEHL GROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEHL GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms at https://wayteller.ai/terms and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.
